Refund Policy
- Full Refund:
- If the order is incorrect, and notification is received before dispatch.
- If the order is incorrect, and notification is received after dispatch, a full refund is issued upon return and inspection of the items.
- Return Costs: For reasons other than pre-dispatch notification, the buyer must cover return shipping and ensure the goods are returned in good order.
Exchange or Replacement Policy

30-day Return Policy: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Used Items: If a product was bought in error or is no longer needed but has been used, it cannot be fully refunded. Pro Pool Parts may offer a pro-rata refund based on the item's condition.
- Exchange Value: If the item is exchanged for another product, Pro Pool Parts may adjust or waive the reduction, depending on the value of the used item.
Warranty Policy

Major Failures: Customers are entitled to a refund or replacement if the goods have a significant defect or are unfit for purpose. If the failure is minor, a repair may be offered instead.

Return Requirements: Any product returned under warranty must be inspected by Pro Pool Parts or an industry-trained professional. Evidence of inspection (such as a service invoice) may be required.
- Exclusions:
- Change of mind or personal circumstances do not qualify for a refund.
- Pro Pool Parts may consider a swap or trade-in for mispurchased products if the customer covers the return shipping. The product must be as new and in its original packaging.
- Suitability Determination: It is the customer’s responsibility to determine if the goods suit their intended use. Pro Pool Parts does not guarantee or warrant the suitability for specific uses, even if advised.
