Shipping policy

We ship all over Australia. The shipping charges will be applied automatically at checkout depending on the weight of the order and delivery location.

We aim to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers all over Australia, ensuring that we always provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: 

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent out within 24-72 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All orders arrive within 5-7 business days.  Your patience is highly appreciated in this regard.
